• Discussed “Things to Know About Valley” sheet for teachers, Megan will send out to ILT in case other information needs to be added

Plan for Problem and Practice:

• Discussed a process for staff to begin to solve classroom related problems

Accountability is an issue therefore we need to develop a process for designing and discussing protocols within our school community that comes from teachers-

1. Develop a google form/ google discussion platform (anonymous)  for staff to submit problem and solution oriented ideas and then have a discussion at academy level
2. Final ideas will be presented at Faculty Meeting then sent to committee for policy creation (policy creation/Advisory) - Staff Council, student, staff, admin, elected position  

Budget: Opportunity to apply for other teachers another English & Math-Budget will be shared with ILT

Meeting on February 19th for ILT to calibrate Backpack after defenses.
